Nashville Chinese Baptist Church (NCBC) actively engages in missionary work locally, nationally, and internationally. Currently in their third five-year plan, they are focusing on evangelism training and have established a church missionary committee to oversee these efforts. NCBC regularly sends members to MTSU, MSU, Vanderbilt University BCM, and Chattanooga to organize and lead missionary activities, including Bible studies. They utilize American and Chinese festivals, as well as other gatherings, as opportunities for outreach, aiming to share the gospel and encourage repentance and faith in the Lord. For example, ten people were baptized on December 10, 2024.

During the Chinese Lunar New Year (Spring Festival), a traditional custom involves eating dumplings, symbolizing a happy family. On February 8, 2025, Pastor Joshua Zhang led NCBC in a Chinese Lunar New Year celebration with I-FAM at Vanderbilt BCM. One hundred and twenty students and friends from around the world participated. Pastor Zhang introduced NCBC and led a prayer before the meal. Jinlong, chairman of the NCBC Deacon Committee, explained Spring Festival customs. Thirty NCBC members brought homemade food and engaged participants in activities such as dumpling making, calligraphy, and karaoke, sharing the love of Christ. Gospel booklets were distributed, and the event served as a powerful testimony.
