The ministry of the Nashville Baptist Association is based on trust and relationships. It is therefore vital to future cooperative ministry efforts for church leaders to make intentional efforts to grow in relationship with each other.
To that end, the NBA will work to provide sustainable and regular opportunities for pastors and ministry staff to connect to their local peers for the main purpose of encouragement, care, and problem solving.
