Connecting and Equipping Women Who Serve the Local Church
Across Nashville and Middle Tennessee, women are faithfully making disciples, leading ministries, praying, mentoring, serving, and using their gifts to strengthen the local church. The Women’s Leadership Network exists to bring these women together—because we believe we are stronger when we learn from, encourage, and serve alongside one another.
The Women’s Leadership Network connects women serving throughout the Nashville Baptist Association and Middle Tennessee, including WMU leaders, women’s ministry directors, volunteer leaders, and other women who are passionate about discipleship and ministry in the local church.
Through meaningful relationships, shared resources, encouragement, and opportunities to learn from one another, we want to help women grow as disciples and become better equipped to serve wherever God has called them.
Our desire is to create a network where women can find community, share wisdom and ministry experience, discover helpful resources, and build relationships with other women who understand both the joys and challenges of serving the local church.
Together, we want to:
- Connect women serving in churches throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee.
- Encourage one another through genuine relationships, prayer, and fellowship.
- Equip women with practical tools and resources for discipleship and ministry.
- Learn from the wisdom and experience of women serving in different churches and communities.
- Collaborate across churches to strengthen women’s discipleship and advance the gospel throughout Middle Tennessee.
