Throwing a block party or event?
Engage your community with games, inflatables, a portable sound system and more. We have two ministry resource trailers you can rent for your next party or event. The trailers are self-serve, offering flexible pick up and drop off options, instructions and guides are included with each trailer. Prices are noted on the request form.

- Snow Cone machine
- 1 Bouncy House
- 2 Event Canopies
- Tables and Chairs
- Portable Sound System
- Cotton Candy Machine
- Popcorn Machine
Reserving a Trailer:
- Submit an online request below
- Await a confirmation that the requested resources are available
- Pick up your trailer, return after the event
- Trailer pickup is usually on Friday and return on Monday.
- Before you return the equipment, follow these instructions and complete the Equipment Return Form.
You will need to have:
- A Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) on file with your Insurance Company is necessary to reserve a trailer.
- You can upload a PDF of the COI on the next page.
- A towing vehicle with 2-inch ball hitch to take the trailer.
- Ability to pay with PayPal or a credit card via PayPal.
