The Nashville Baptist Association has three spaces available for use by leadership of cooperating churches, partner ministries, Southern Baptist entities, and other church and ministry-related organizations at the discretion of NBA staff, on a first-come-first-served basis.
By reserving this room you will implicitly agree with the following policies:
- The NBA building does not have a full kitchen. We have refrigerators available for use during your group’s stay. Sinks may be used, but do not have disposals. The upstairs kitchenette does have an ice dispenser. You are allowed to bring in food or have it delivered. You must agree to remove all leftovers and clean up after your meeting.
- I understand that the church stated above assumes all responsibility for theft and/or damage of borrowed resources and agrees to replace or pay for damages in the event of theft or damage. I also understand that it is my responsibility to let the NBA staff know if difficulties or troubles arise with the equipment.
- I further understand the Church/Organization, to the extent permitted by law, will indemnify and hold NBA and NBA’s property, free and harmless from any liability for losses, claims, injury to or death of any person, or for damage to property arising from the acts or omissions of any person or persons using or possessing the Equipment with Church/Organization’s express or implied consent.
