Randy Howell joins NBA staff

We are excited to welcome Randy as the new Operations Manager and Ministry Support for the Nashville Baptist Association. With a heart for ministry and administration, Randy will play a vital role in supporting the association’s mission of advancing the work of local churches and ministries throughout the Nashville area.

In this new role, Randy will oversee day-to-day operations and provide key support to various ministry initiatives. He will work closely with the NBA staff and church leaders to ensure that churches are equipped with the tools they need in order to increase efficiencies and financial capabilities. In addition to providing support for the administrative and operational needs of the NBA, he will assist churches who have similar organizational needs by connecting them with the right resources for their goals.

Randy wants to do all things to the glory of God and he wants to do them well. He is excited about equipping ministry teams so that they can reach their communities for the gospel to the best of their ability. He will help you set up social media accounts, develop a website plan, recommend organizational tools for your ministry, and more.
