Nik Lingle Joins Staff

Nik Lingle Joins Association Staff as Church Renewal Strategist

We are excited to announce that Nik Lingle will be joining the Nashville Baptist Association staff as our new Church Renewal Strategist, beginning June 1, 2025.

Nik brings a rich background of hands-on ministry experience to this role, having served for five years as a renewal pastor. His deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing churches in transition makes him an ideal guide for congregations seeking fresh vision and revitalization.

In accepting this new position, Nik will step down from his role as a Board Member of the Nashville Baptist Association, a position in which he has faithfully served with wisdom and heart for the local church.

As Church Renewal Strategist, Nik will work directly with churches to help them navigate strategic pathways for renewal, leadership development, and missional clarity. This is a part-time role that Nik will undertake while continuing to serve full time as pastor of Westwood Baptist Church, where he remains devoted to shepherding the congregation God has entrusted to him.
