Engage your community with games, inflatables, a portable sound system and more. We have two ministry resource trailers you can rent for your next party or event. The trailers are self-serve, offering flexible pick up and drop off options, instructions and guides are included with each trailer. Prices are noted on the request form.

Reserving a Ministry Trailer
- The trailer can be rented for $150 for trailer #1 and $175 for trailer #2.
- Submit an online request with your event date(s) and information
- Await a confirmation that the requested resources are available
- Complete all the necessary forms (online), submit insurance docs, make your payment and receive pick-up instructions via email
- Pick up your trailer, return after the event>
- To reserve a trailer fill out the form below.
- When you return the equipment, follow these instructions and complete the Equipment Return Form.
Request Conference Rooms
The Nashville Baptist Association has 4 spaces available for use by leadership of cooperating churches, partner ministries, Southern Baptist entities, and other church and ministry-related organizations at the discretion of NBA staff, on a first-come-first-served basis.
