As Nashville’s communities become increasingly diverse, the need for culturally relevant ministry grows. The Ethnic Ministry Training Co-Op is a collaborative initiative designed to equip churches to effectively engage and minister to various ethnic groups within their neighborhoods.

To empower churches with the tools, training, and support necessary to initiate and sustain vibrant ethnic ministries, fostering inclusive communities that reflect the Kingdom of God.
