Pastors and ministry leaders carry a lot—sermons week after week, caring for people in need, volunteer management, leadership pressures, and the quiet weight of feeling like you’re supposed to be strong all the time. Ministry is a gift, and it can still be heavy.
Our objective is simple – support and encourage ministry leaders.
Community
Encouragement happens best in community, not isolation. No one should pastor or do ministry alone. We help you find your people—trusted peers who understand the pressures and joys of ministry. Gatherings for Pastors, Staff and Ministry Spouses occur throughout the year.
Cohorts
Monthly Pastor gatherings occur across greater Nashville. Pastors and leaders gather to encourage and equip one another in the shared work of ministry. Cohorts are led by pastors for pastors.
Consultation
Sometimes you don’t need a program—you need a sounding board. We offer consultation to help you clarify thinking, explore options, and move forward with wisdom and confidence. (Church health, conflict, financial forecasting, community strategy, revitalization, staffing, culture shaping are just a few topics we can assist in bringing clarity)
Counseling
When life or ministry gets tangled, we can help you connect with trusted Christian counselors and helping professionals. In some cases those resources are available at no–to–low cost through our partnerships.
Care
There are seasons when focused attention is necessary—exhaustion, crisis, grief, burnout, vocational crossroads. We take those moments seriously and will walk with you toward health, hope, and next steps. Our care network partners offer counseling, retreat get-a-ways and in-depth assistance for you as needed.

Liberty Church Network Pastor’s Lunch
Judson Baptist Church hosts a local Liberty Church Network gathering to encourage pastors in disciple-making. Senior pastors meet the last Wednesday of each month for prayer, encouragement, fellowship, and a free lunch. Questions: [email protected]
Southeast Nashville Pastors’ Breakfast
A gathering for pastors to build friendships and encourage one another through the joys and challenges of local church ministry. All pastors are welcome. Meets 8:00–9:30am on the 2nd Tuesday of most months, rotating between Emmanuel Baptist Church, Hope Fellowship, and Providence Baptist Church in Nolensville.
