Virtual Training for Fostering with Tennessee Baptist Children’s Home

Greetings from the Tennessee Baptist Children’s Homes. I wanted to share with you what God is doing through our Foster Care Ministry. On July 30, 2026, we had 113 children being cared for by 78 approved families. Since January of this year, we have seen 10 children adopted. God continues to bless this ministry. However, we cannot do this without the prayers and a willingness to serve by God’s people. This fall we are offering another virtual training that is required for those who feel called to foster through the Tennessee Baptist Children’s Homes. Attached you will find a schedule for this upcoming training beginning on August 31, 2026. Would you mind sharing this training with your church or churches in your association? We look forward to seeing several families trained and ready to serve by the first of the year! Monday, August 31st 5:30-7:30 PM CST and 6:30-8:30 PM EST
