Southeast Nashville Pastors’ Breakfast – June 17th
I hope you will be able to make it back out over the next couple of months. I want to introduce you to a couple of new guys who are moving into the area to plant and replant churches in our area. I am super excited about these works, and I think you guys will greatly encourage them. First, you will meet Blake Pierce, who has just moved to the area from North Georgia to plant Christ Fellowship in Murfreesboro in Partnership with the Concord Baptist Association as well as the Pillar Network and TN Baptists.. He will be serving as a church plant resident with us at Emmanuel Baptist Church through April/May next year as he works on gathering and training his launch team for Summer 2026. Second, you will meet (in August), Michael Darbouze, who is moving to the area to replant Smith Springs Baptist Church in Antioch in partnership with the Nashville Baptist Association. He will move here from the Raleigh area of North Carolina in late July.
This is what it’s all about. It takes a village to plant, replant, and revitalize churches. Our breakfast is about connecting pastors hard at work shepherding their churches in faithful Gospel ministry and mission! We can all partner together to encourage and support in varying ways to keep vital Gospel ministry and mission happening in our fast-growing area!
