Candice Flowers is a Human Resource executive with 25+ years of experience delivering human resource strategies for large to small organizations (100 – 5,000 employees) in organizational effectiveness, change management, global talent management, total rewards, and cultural engagement. Candice is a Human Resources Advisor for Global Operations Center at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, an international law firm focusing on the energy, financial services, real estate, and technology industries. Before joining Pillsbury, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources at August Bioservices, LLC, a biotechnology company headquartered in Nashville.
