Yet, world champion sports teams always seem to have a deep bench—a group of players who have been equipped to step in and lead when called upon. In this Lunch & Learn you’ll learn from Ben Baxley, Associate Pastor at FBC, Hendersonville, how to develop a deeper bench of players who want to take the field and help your church and ministry win.

Ben Baxley serves as the Associate Pastor of Adults at First Baptist Church of Hendersonville, TN, where he’s served for the past 9 years.  Previously he served as a Worship and Discipleship pastor at both a church plant in NC and a rural established church in TN.  He is passionate about encouraging disciple-makers and applying healthy principles of ministry in churches of all sizes.  FBC Hendersonville routinely starts 15+ adult groups annually and focuses heavily on building the church through healthy groups.
